But I took a TON of pictures yesterday at the zoo. Here are a few. I will upload the rest to golsutigers.org.

Here was the challenge:

Few photographers can resist the urge to capture people just as they are- unposed and acting naturally.

In good light set Aperture priority mode, set the ISO at 100, and select a moderate to wide aperture.

In low light use Shutter priority mode and kep the shutter speed at 1/60 second or faster. Be sure to set the white balance to match the type of light in the scene.

Here’s the picture I took. I’m not happy with it of course but it’ll do.

AV Mode, f/5.6, ISO 100, ss 1/200 in natural light, 75mm. The first is SOOC and the second crops to get rid of my stupid shadow, color pop, and small vignette.
